Tom Osmers RIP, Fish & Farm Report

In Memory of Tom Osmers, RIP

Way back in year two-thousand and eight, friend and fisherman Tom Osmers started the Fish and Farm report for WVVY, bringing many young optimists and intrepid cultivators into the fold of live radio reporting from the land and sea.

Every Friday at 4:20 he told stories of struggle and collaboration between humanity and mother Earth's glorious resources, from the Great Barrier Reef to Georges Bank and every patch of soil and salt in-between.

Last Friday March 12 Tom's spirit passed on to a permanent place of rest and unity with the fishes and the farms and the greater universe at-large. He will be missed but the show will go on as best it can in tribute of Tom and the great big good he saw in the world.
